We are not responsible for errors or omissions in customisations once an order is confirmed. By submitting personalised text, images, or other customisations, you warrant that you have the right to use the content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.

Approval Process: We will request approval or confirmation of the design before production. Failure to approve the design in a timely manner may delay processing or shipping.

Limitations: We reserve the right to refuse to process any orders with content we deem inappropriate, offensive, or illegal.

Custom Products: Due to the personalised nature of these products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or an error occurred on our part (e.g., incorrect customisation).

Defective Products: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us upon delivery date. We may offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
